The days of long, winding queues and kiosks running at full capacity without keeping up are soon history. With the launch of Express Kiosk, Liveday takes a clear step towards transforming how arenas manage service flows on matchdays. Express Kiosk is our new self-service solution that allows visitors to order and pay directly at the kiosk – quickly, intuitively, and completely on their own.

For clubs and arenas, this means increased sales, shorter queues, and more efficient use of existing staff. By distributing the load and eliminating bottlenecks in the kiosks, the entire audience experience improves – while strengthening the club’s business.

We’ve developed Express Kiosk as part of Liveday’s complete event platform to solve a concrete need at sports arenas. The result is an express solution that creates immediate business value through increased kiosk revenues and even better matchday experiences for both visitors and staff, says Robin Lundgren, CEO at Liveday.

Express Kiosk requires no app or mobile device – everything happens on-site via touch screen. The solution integrates seamlessly into existing kiosk environments and can be quickly deployed.

Proof that it works – premiere at Olympia

On June 23, Express Kiosk made its live debut when Helsingborgs IF hosted Umeå FC at Olympia. The arena thus became the first in Sweden to offer self-service via ExpressKiosk – and the solution is now fully operational.
