Liveday launches integrated invoicing directly within the platform

Corporate sales are a natural part of the sports business. Sponsorship packages, hospitality, corporate events and larger orders are handled by clubs every week. But until now, there hasn’t been a simple and seamless way to manage the administration behind it.

Following close dialogue with customers, we have now developed a solution tailored to this need — invoicing for corporate customers, seamlessly integrated into the platform. The new functionality saves staff time, improves service levels and ensures smoother financial reporting.

A smooth solution for both clubs and corporate customers

This means clubs can create, send and follow up on invoices without ever leaving Liveday. Orders can be created in the system, connected to the correct corporate customer and published as invoices with OCR and Bankgiro support. Invoices can be sent by email or e-invoice, making invoicing a natural part of the club’s reporting flow.

For many clubs, this replaces a previously heavy and highly manual workflow — exporting data from POS systems, compiling information manually, creating invoices in separate systems and then trying to keep track of payments.

With Liveday’s invoicing, the workflow becomes connected from the very beginning.

This is a feature that has grown directly from conversations with clubs. Companies often want to purchase via invoice, especially within restaurant, hospitality and sponsorship-related sales. Staff should not have to spend time on administration instead of service. With our new invoicing functionality, it’s simply a matter of selling, publishing and moving on, says Axel Nilsson, Product Manager at Liveday.

New CRM part of the launch

The invoicing functionality is built on top of Liveday’s new B2B CRM, where clubs can gather corporate customers, contact persons, order history and invoices in one place. This makes it easier to see what each customer has purchased, what has been sent and what has been paid.

Building our own CRM was a prerequisite for offering fully integrated invoicing within the platform. But the CRM itself also creates significant value by making corporate sales more connected and efficient for the organization, says Axel Nilsson.

For clubs, the new launch means less manual administration, better control and a more professional workflow towards corporate customers.

But above all, it is yet another step in our ambition to connect the entire arena business into one unified ecosystem.
