Liveday launches integrated inventory management

Every matchday, drinks, snacks and merchandise move fast. Most clubs know how much they sell. How much is actually left in stock is a different story.

Today, many clubs track their inventory in spreadsheets. Entered manually, easy to miss, hard to trust. And when something runs out mid-match, there's no system that warned them in advance.

Liveday solves that now.

Full control over stock value and storage locations — in real time

With Liveday's inventory management, you gather all your storage locations in one place — central warehouse, kiosks, match storage, express points and online inventory. You see in real time how much you have, where it is, when it's running low — and your total stock value, live.

You set your own thresholds. If the balance drops below your minimum level, you get a warning.

Every sale from the POS automatically adjusts the inventory. Every transfer between storage locations is logged as a transaction. That way, you always have a complete history — not just a current snapshot.

Simpler stocktaking

Go through each storage location, enter what you actually find, and Liveday identifies the discrepancies for you. Confirm. Done. Inventory updated.

Requested by the clubs themselves

Inventory management is one of the tools clubs have asked for as we've explored more needs that Liveday can address. It's one of the areas where digitalisation and simplification add real value. Which is why it's now time to simplify this too.

Liveday Inventory Management is now available as part of the platform.
