Liveday signs framework agreement with Svensk Elitbandy

Liveday and Svensk Elitbandy are entering a partnership covering ticketing and CRM for the league's clubs. It is the third framework agreement Liveday has signed with a Swedish league.

Liveday has signed a framework agreement with Svensk Elitbandy. The agreement covers Liveday's ticketing system and CRM, making the solutions available to every club in the league. Bandy is one of Sweden's biggest spectator sports. Large arenas, loyal supporters and a matchday experience few sports can match.

We see this as an important step in our development. With Liveday, our clubs get better tools to understand their audience, build stronger relationships and communicate more relevantly. It strengthens not only the engagement around the clubs but also carries real commercial weight through improved revenue opportunities. At the same time, a shared platform creates better conditions for the clubs to develop their work together. It strengthens both the individual club and Elitserien as a whole, says Thomas Mårtens, Business Developer at Svensk Elitbandy.

With a shared ticketing system and CRM, clubs can gather their audience and customer data in one place, work more data-driven in their communication and lay the foundation for higher average attendance and increased revenue.

A shared CRM for the entire league

A central part of the partnership is the development of a shared league CRM, where the clubs' data is connected in one platform. It gives both the league and the individual clubs tools for segmentation, marketing and audience development – and creates the conditions to work professionally ahead of major events such as Swedish championship finals and future tournaments.

Every club within Elitbandy gets free access to the CRM system through the agreement.

Support throughout the season

The partnership extends beyond technology. Among other things, Liveday commits to annual on-site visits, attendance at the clubs' home openers, mid-season check-ins and joint workshops focused on audience development and best practice.

Liveday's third framework agreement

For Liveday, this is the third framework agreement with a Swedish league – a step in the company's work to build shared commercial infrastructure for Swedish sport.

We got a very good first impression the very first time we met. I've had the privilege of meeting every club and large parts of the league's representatives, and what really stood out is how curious, hungry and committed they are – but perhaps above all how easy they are to like and work alongside. There's a genuine will to develop and create something lasting for the sport. We are both proud and humbled by the opportunity to be part of that journey, says Robin Lundgren, CEO at Liveday.
